Rules and Regulations
These Rules and Regulations have been reformatted but are otherwise unchanged from the previous document, except as decided at the November 2023 AGM.
The Bylaws are now a separate document of the TBA, which is an incorporated not-for-profit organization. We are now compliant with the Ontario Not-for-Profit Corporations Act. A copy of the bylaws is available to anyone who wants to consult them, on request.
